My daughter had just finished 5 years studying at a boarding school in Manchester and needed to bring all her belongings and study materials back home to London. The volume of items meant transporting it by train on her own was out of the question.
I went about contacting various couriers and made contact with Greg Paulson. I found them very efficient and friendly over the phone and took the time to answer our queries.
After making several calls to other couriers, we decided to opt for Greg Paulson as they gave me confidence in knowing my daughters things would be well looked after and delivered the next day. I also found their prices very competitive.
We arranged the collection from my daughters school and Greg Paulson even liaised with school staff to ensure everything went smoothly. The consignment consisted of several heavy boxes of books, 4 cases of clothing, bedding and personal items and a case containing an expensive musical instrument.
To ensure its safety, the company director took personal responsibility and oversaw the entire operation.
The items were delivered next day, as promised, in perfect condition.
I rang Greg Paulson upon delivery to confirm receipt and to give my thanks to all concerned.
They honoured the original price and even sent a copy of the invoice to us by email.

Needed a report from the Hospital near Manchester ASAP as things had gone a bit Pete Tong at their end! I couldn't get there, and needed the report/scan info for an appointment that day near Preston. Phoned these guys, got a quote, confirmation email, paid, and the info was delivered within a grand total of under 2 hours. You literally cannot get better than that! Definitely recommend.
