We recently had a call from a gentleman who’d been at a business conference in Manchester and was due to fly out to Dubai from Manchester Airport.

Whilst at his hotel, just before he was about to leave, he found that after searching through his bags and pockets that he didn’t have his passport with him.

He'd phoned his wife at their home in London to ask her to look for it, and lo and behold it was sat, where he’d left it, on the table in the hallway of his house.

He called us and explained his situation. After talking to us, he said he was amazed at how calm we made him feel when we explained we could book him a vehicle and driver to pick up his passport from his house within just 60 minutes, and then travel directly to Manchester with it.

That’s exactly what we did. Our driver picked up the passport from his wife at his home address in London and travelled directly to meet the gentleman at his hotel which was located next to Manchester Airport to hand it over to him.

We were also able to keep him updated with the vehicle’s progress, as we said we would with several phone calls exchanged between ourselves and the client throughout the journey.

The end result – another very satisfied customer reunited with their passport.
